INTRODUCING - OUR HOLIDAY BLEND
Cosecha No. 20: Celebrating Our Twentieth Harvest
Each year, coffee farmers around the world come together to celebrate la cosecha, the harvest. In coffee-growing regions, this time marks both the culmination of a year’s hard work and the joy of gathering together to share in the fruits of the land. Cosecha means “harvest” in Spanish, and for Pachamama, this year’s Cosecha No. 20 honors our twentieth harvest since the founding of our 100% farmer-owned cooperative.
For us, No. 20 carries deep meaning. Every bag of Pachamama coffee represents a cycle of growth and reinvestment: profits return directly to our farmer-owners, who use them to nourish their soils, invest in the health of coffee trees, and strengthen their communities. Over the years, these reinvestments have helped cultivate richer, more resilient ecosystems and ever-improving flavor in every cup. This twentieth harvest celebrates that ongoing story of dedication, stewardship, and shared prosperity.
The Blend
Cosecha No. 20 is a limited-edition holiday blend featuring beans from three exceptional origins: Ethiopia’s Sidama region, the highlands of Perú, and the lush mountains of México. These coffees are 100% organic and regeneratively farmed, blended to capture the warmth and spirit of the season. Crafted for connection, community and celebration, it’s the coffee you’ll want to share around the table.
We specifically developed this roast to be balanced, warm and comforting for the upcoming winter season. Cosecha No. 20 opens with a velvety body of maple and chocolate, followed by bright red fruit and plum notes. Subtle hints of cocoa nib and warm baking spices - cinnamon and nutmeg - round out the cup, bringing familiar aromas to the holiday season.
The Label

The Cosecha No. 20 label is illustrated in festive holiday tones, it depicts the three stages of a coffee bean’s growth — from the delicate white blossoms of flowering and pollination, to the green bean’s slow ripening, and finally to the radiant red cherry ready for harvest.
These stages represent the life cycle of coffee and the patience, care, and skill that defines farmer-owned agriculture. The design is a visual celebration of time, growth, and the beauty of nature’s cycles and a fitting tribute to this twentieth harvest.
