All of our decaf comes from La Unión Regional, our farmer-owner cooperative in Veracruz, México. It is decaffeinated with the Mountain Water Process instead of the harsh chemicals typically used in decaf. Choose Decaf México, Decaf French, or Half-Caff when you want a little less caffeine.
