3 Cozy Coffee Recipes to Try at Home This Winter | Pachamama Coffee

Posted by Pachamama Coffee on

Winter invites slower mornings with time to savor a well-crafted cup of coffee, so we're sharing three of our favorite winter café drinks for you to try at home.

Starting with freshly roasted organic coffee beans, these cozy drinks are simple to make at home and bring café comfort into your daily routine. Each recipe highlights organic ingredients and thoughtful preparation, making them ideal holiday coffee recipes for entertaining or to enjoy at home all season long.

Our preferred bean for these holiday drink recipes is our limited-edition holiday blend, Cosecha No. 20. This blend is a celebration of our 20th farmer-owned harvest, a full-city roast with a velvety body of chocolate, maple, and baking spices, rounded out by bright notes of red fruit and plum.

Campfire Mocha

Rich and chocolate-forward with a subtle toasted note, the Campfire Mocha is a true winter classic. If you're using an espresso machine, pull a shot of Pachamama organic coffee, stir in organic cocoa and your favorite sweetener, then finish with steamed organic Straus Milk. Top it off with a sprinkle of crushed graham cracker and a toasted marshmallow for a fireside finish.

Wintermint Mocha

This seasonal mocha pairs rich chocolate with a refreshing hint of peppermint. Start with freshly brewed organic coffee (use our brew guides here to brew the best espresso at home), then blend with organic cocoa and a splash of peppermint extract or syrup. Top with steamed milk, and the result is a bright, comforting holiday coffee recipe.

Gingerbread Brulee Latte

Warm spices take center stage in this festive Pachamama café favorite - the Gingerbread Brulee Latte. To try this drink at home, pull a shot of Pachamama organic coffee and combine it with a mixture of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and organic sweetener. Steam your preferred milk; we love organic Straus Milk or Blue Diamond Almond Milk for a creamy finish, and combine with your espresso. Finally, top with brown sugar and carefully torch until caramelized. For extra holiday goodness, grab a package of gingerbread cookies for dipping.

The Best Organic Coffee at Home

These Pachamama café recipes celebrate organic ingredients, farmer-owned coffee, and the joy of slowing down with a great cup. Pick up organic Pachamama coffee beans at your local café, your favorite co-op, or order our freshly roasted whole bean coffee online.

Brew, sip, and enjoy the winter season!
