Pachamama Coffee to Host Camp Fire Benefit Concert

Posted by Lauren Taber on

On Tuesday, November 20th at 8 pm, Pachamama Coffee will host a fundraiser at their Midtown Coffeebar benefitting victims of the Camp Fire in Butte County. The Midtown Coffeebar is located at 919 20th Street. Local artists Tre Burt and Basivibe will donate their time and talents for an evening of music, connection, and community. Donations will be collected at the door and 100% of the proceeds will go to the North Valley Community Foundation, who is serving all those affected in Butte County with several relief funds.

The theme of the benefit concert is "Bird of Paradise".  A flower that represents hope and light, we could think of no better idea to represent the strength of Paradise and all of the communities affected by The Camp Fire. It is the deadliest and most destructive in California’s history. While the Sacramento community has felt the effects, we know that it is nothing compared to the devastation evacuees and victims are experiencing. But Californians are resilient, and every time we come together to create some form of comfort for our neighbors who are suffering, we can make the world a bit brighter.
