Our Favorite Spring Lattes | Pachamama Coffee

The spring menu has arrived at Pachamama cafes in Sacramento, Placerville, and Davis, CA. This fresh seasonal collection features our classic espresso favorites, including the comforting Lavender Latte, Cardamom Rose Latte, and Olive Oil Latte. Our café drinks were built to taste as good in your kitchen as they do at our cafés. So we're giving you an easy at-home recipe for each, along with the organic Pachamama coffee beans we recommend to complement each flavor profile.

Making café-quality espresso drinks at home is easier than you think, and it all starts with the right beans and a little practice. No espresso machine? No problem. A Moka pot, AeroPress, or Nespresso will get you there. The foundation of any great latte is a well-crafted shot, and Pachamama Coffee's guide to mastering espresso shots at home walks you through everything you need — grind size, tamping pressure, extraction time — so every cup you pull tastes just as good as the one at your favorite café.

Recipe 01

Lavender Latte

Floral, gentle, and everything spring should taste like.

  • ½ oz lavender syrup (¾ oz for large)
  • 1–2 shots of espresso
  • Steamed milk of your choice
  1. Add lavender syrup to the bottom of your cup.
  2. Pull your espresso shot directly over the syrup.
  3. Steam your milk and pour it to the top. Serve hot or over ice.

Pachamama Coffee Bean Pairing: La Flor — Light Roast

La Flor's delicate notes of lemon and vanilla are a natural match for lavender's soft floral character — bright and gentle without ever overpowering the syrup.
