What is Green Coffee?
Roasting coffee starts with the best green coffee beans. Green coffee refers to unroasted coffee beans, harvested from coffee cherries and processed to remove the outer layers. Before roasting, these beans are dense, greenish in color, and full of the natural flavors and characteristics unique to their origin.
At Pachamama, we offer direct trade green coffee beans sourced from our five farmer-owned cooperatives in Ethiopia, Perú, Mexico, Nicaragua and Guatemala. Our organic beans are ideal for home roasters looking for single-origin green coffee beans or small-batch roasters looking for green coffee beans in bulk.
