All of our decaf coffee is sourced from our owner-cooperative at La Union Regional in Huatusco, Veracruz, Mexico. The farmers take great care and pride in their coffee.
To decaffeinate the coffee, La Unión's green coffee is sent directly to the decaffeination facility in México, where it goes through the organic, Mountain Water Decaffeination process, avoiding the harsh chemicals typically used in decaf.
